ARE GUARDED BICYCLE SHELTERS A SUCCESS?

Promoting the use of the bicycle means also providing good shelter provisions in the city. In Zwolle a temporary guarded shelter was converted into a permanent one. The article gives some results. It appears that there is a decline in patronage. (TRRL)
