ADVANCED MICROPROCESSOR BASED NEW ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM
A new high speed custom microprocessor based computer has been developed for engine control applications. It was designed to meet the following requirements: improved functions, reliability, mass producibility, design flexibility for ease of system modification and compatibility with other systems. Sensors and actuators have also been developed to increase engine control flexibility. This report describes the outline and features of the control system along with the components. (TRRL)
