DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE TRAFFIC ACCIDENT RECORDING MODULE

The document signals completion of the design phase of the Traffic Accident Recording Module. It is divided into eight distinct sections. The first section describes USAC and the city of Reading's goals. The second section describes the traffic accident recording activities as they existed when design began.
