COMPUTERIZED ACCIDENT/INCIDENT REPORTING SYSTEM (CAIRS) UPDATE
The Department of Energy's Safety Performance Measurement System (SPMS) is a user oriented, computerized DOE-wide network which centrally collects and disseminates information related to Environment, Safety and Health performance. The Computerized Accident/Incident Reporting System (CAIRS is a computerized data base tha includes all personnel injuries, vehicle accidents, and property damage cases in the DOE system from January 1, 1981 to present.
