THE ASSESSMENT OF TORQUE-EXPANDED ANCHOR BOLTS WHEN USED IN DENSE AGGREGATE CONCRETE
This document defines the approach adopted for assessing torque-expanded anchor bolts for use in dense aggregate concrete, and sets out the arrangements for deriving the design information required by users. Four chapters cover: 1, scope of the document; 2, performance requirements; 3, determination of characteristics; and 4, quality control. Two appendices cover; a, classification of expanding fixings; and b, information to be provided by applicants for assessment. (TRRL)
