NOTA FIETSVERKEER 1983

Aspects in the field of traffic engineering, infrastructure Parliament. The budget for the Ministry of Traffic and Transport includes new road construction, maintenance of refer to bicycle traffic. In this note an attempt is made to get an intergral picture of slow traffic. The main constituent is bicycle traffic. The execution of bicycle traffic policy is mainly carried out by local or provincial authorities. The central government's role is its responsibility for a safe traffic and transport policy, its task as road administrator, its policy to improve recreational possibilities; its task to study the way in abstract of part II see TRIS 396172.
