ESTIMATING OPERATIONS AT NON-TOWERED AIRPORTS USING THE NON-SURVEY METHOD

This handbook is a result of the 'Development of a Non-Survey Method for Estimating Traffic at Non-Towered Airports,' report FAA-RD-74-177 in which a model was developed for estimating local and itinerant operations at non-towered airports. This will be useful where there are not sufficient resources for survey type estimates.
