REPORT ON MINNESOTA ALCOHOL PROBLEM ASSESSMENTS, JULY 1, 1976-JUNE 30, 1979
Since mid-1976 Minnesota has required that an Alcohol Problem Assessment (APA) be made to determine whether a drunken driver has a drinking problem requiring treatment or education. This report summarizes the outcomes of previous years' APA reports submitted by the counties for partial cost reimbursement and makes a detailed analysis of F.Y. 1979 reports.
