Tabulated data are presented, which show statistics according to type of motor vehicle offence and sentence imposed, as follows: proceedings at magistrate's courts by offence group and outcome; sentences and orders imposed at magistrate's courts; sentences of imprisonment imposed at magistrates' courts by length of sentence; findings of guilt at magistrates' courts by offence and type of sentence; fines imposed at magistrates' courts; proceedings for trial at the Crown Court by offence type; proceedings at the Crown Court for sentencing after summary conviction by offence group; sentences of imprisonment imposed at the Crown Court; fines imposed at the Crown Court by offence group; fines imposed at the Crown Court on sentencing after summary conviction by offence group; driving licence endorsements and disqualifications imposed at magistrates' courts by offence group; driving licence endorsements and disqualifications imposed at the Crown Court by offence group; applications for removal of driving licence disqualification by original period of disqualification; initial breath test and blood or urine tests by result; findings of guilt for offences involving alcohol by offence type, level of alcohol, court and sentence; findings of guilt for offences involving alcohol by offence type, level of alcohol and age group; findings of guilt at all courts by offence group and police force area; written warnings for alleged motoring offences by offence group and police force area; offences dealt with by written warning, fixed penalty and prosecution by police force area; and, fixed penalty notices by result and police force area.
