ROAD ACCIDENT STATISTICS ENGLISH REGIONS: 1982

This publication gives statistics of road accidents in local areas. It should be regarded as a supplement to road accidents Great Britain 1982 which was published in November 1983 (see TRIS 381164). This publication concentrates on data of most use to traffic engineers, planners, and administrators in local government and the DTP regional offices. For this reason, the data are compiled according to the county groupings covered by these offices. Separate figures are given for motorways and trunk and principal a roads; other classes are grouped together. (TRRL)
