TRANSPORT SUPPLEMENTARY GRANT
This circular contains government proposals for changes to the Transport Supplementary Grant (TSQ) system as it applies to England. In the main more money will be spent on highways than on transport. The proposed changes will affect: revenue expenditure on transport; other transport capital expenditure; public transport investment; lorry nuisance; cycling facilities; the 1985/86 TSQ settlement; future years; major projects; monitoring of programs; and manpower.
