DELAWARE ALCOHOL PROCESS EVALUATION. FINAL REPORT
This report provides a comprehensive analysis of alcohol-related highway safety problems in the State of Delaware. Also included in the report is documentation of processes and procedures of agencies relative to the handling of the defendant who is charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI). Driving Under the Influence is defined as having a blood alcohol content of one-tenth of one percent or more by weight, within four hours of arrest. Any person charged with driving under the influence is processed pursuant to Delaware Code, Title 21, Section 4177.
