Social Practices of Health Caring for the Railway Workers
The article presents theoretical provisions regarding the basic concepts of "social practice" and "health". The features of a healthy lifestyle of students of a transport university (future young workers) and current employees of railway transport are highlighted, the social practices of health care used by them are determined. As a result of the survey, the following hypotheses of the study were proved: the most common expression of the concept of "healthy lifestyle" is the presence of a healthy diet; among the measures to improve health, the respondents, first of all, singled out physical activity, diet and daily routine. Recommendations for improving the health of students and workers of locomotive crews are given.
