A STUDY OF HEAVY VEHICLE STABILITY
A major study of articulated vehicle stability has been underway at ARRB and this paper presents the results of phase II of the project: testing of articulated combinations on a specially developed tilt deck, the development of a computer model of the roll-over process and the search for combinations having improved stability characteristics.
