QUALITY CONTROL OF STREET AND HIGHWAY CONCRETE

GUETEUBERWACHUNG VON STRASSEN- UND AUTOBAHNBETON

A complex and tested method of quality control of street and highway concretes, a proposal for rationalization efforts, is presented. In view of the proposed expansion of 4-lane highways in West Germany by 3000 km in the next few years, quality control of concrete becomes particularly important. Numerous formulas and tables are presented as aids in assuring proper quality control.
