THE QUALITY OF URBAN TRANSPORT
The author discusses three approaches to assessing the quality of service provided by a public transport company: technical, commercial and management-oriented. He describes the options available and their practical application by the R.A.T.P. He explains how the information obtained is used by the Authority as a factor in internal and external negotiations and also as a means of mobilizing resources and remaining competitive.
