A TESTING TIME
This article briefly points out the requirements which learner-drivers must face when trying to obtain their driver's license in various countries. The ordeals vary from country to country with perhaps the strictest being those of Japan which are long, tedious and costly. Other countries mentioned include France, Switzerland, the Soviet Union, Hungary, Israel, and Great Britain.
