S-BAHN MUENCHEN--KREUZUNGSFREIER AUSBAU DE ABZWEIGSTELLE LEUCHTENBERGRING

Between Munich East and Luechtenbergring three S-Bahn lines and deadheading trains operate to the Steinhausen storage yard. With further extension of the S-Bahn network, a transformation of the premises around Leuchtenbergring became necessary. Three different model systems were investigated before the final solution was chosen.
