TOWARD A COORDINATED JUDICIAL VIEW OF THE ACCURACY OF BREATH TESTING DEVICES
This article advocates judicial examination of the three primary methods to insure the accuracy of breath testing devices in coordination with each other. The strengths and weakness of each method and the reasons they should be coordinated are examined, citing court cases.
