THE ELECTRICAL RESPONSE CHARACTERISTICS OF SETTING CEMENT PASTE
The objective of the work presented in this paper is to investigate the changes in the electrical properties of cement paste during the first 24 hours after gauging with water. It is demonstrated that the electrical response characteristics of setting cement paste can be used as an effective means of studying the progress of cement hydration and for monitoring structural changes occurring within the paste.
