FUEL-SAVING DEVICES. DO THEY WORK?
This article reviews several ways you can test fuel saving devices in your own school bus fleet. The Society of Automotive Engineers has set up two excellent and accurate test procedures, and the article describes two other tests that are reasonably accurate.
