PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR MULTI-COMMUNITY USE
In developing a Pavement Management Program (PMP), it is important to understand the components of such a system so that all maintenance decisions are based on sound engineering judgment and proper economic analysis. The plan development is composed of three basic steps: system inventory, field-condition rating, and appropriate action. It was suggested that each municipality secure identification. Once the roadway network and PSR are finally adjusted according to the above criteria, project costs must be determined.
