FACTORS INFLUENCING THE SUCCESSFUL OPERATION OF ASPHALT MIXING PLANTS
NEKI VIDOVI USPJESNOSTI RADA ASFALTNE BAZE
A number of qualitative and quantitative factors influence the successful operation of asphalt mixing plants. Among them, eight influential factors can cause interruptions in the process of asphalt mix production. The selected criteria for successful operation include operating time utilization of the plant rated capacity. Analyses have shown interruptions of operating to be a relatively frequent phenomenon, with a varying incidence of the above mentioned influential factors. (TRRL)
