LABORATORY PROCEDURES FOR FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 105-83
This test procedure is intended for use by test laboratories in determining vehicle conformance to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 105, Hydraulic Brake Systems. It provides a uniform test and data recording format. This publication covers the general provisions, passenger cars, vehicles of GVWR less than 8000 lb. (other than passenger cars and school buses), vehicles of GVWR not less than 8000 nor more than 10,000 lb. (other than school buses), vehicles of GVWR more than 10,000 lb. (other than school buses), school buses with GVWR of 10,000 lb. or less; and school buses of GVWR more than 10,000 lb.
