MEDIUM AND HEAVY-DUTY TRUCK FUEL DEMAND MODULE. FINAL REPORT

The methodology and documentation of the medium and heavy-duty truck component of the Highway Fuel Consumption Model are discussed. The basic model structure is reviewed. The methodology and computer algorithm are explained and the input data are documented. The interactive commands controlled by the user are shown. An example of a Base Case output of the model is presented and evaluated. Potential future work in improving the predictive accuracy of the model is discussed. Data tables are presented.
