The working program is as follows: (1) To prepare a recommendation on "Surface colors for visual signalling"; (2) To prepare a recommendation on light signals for road traffic control; (3) To prepare a technical report on "signs"; (4) To study the use of retroreflectors in visual signalling; (5) To study the effective intensity of flashing lights; (6) To study road markings; (7) To study the effect of combination of lights; and (8) To study visual signalling in disturbed atmospheric conditions (fog, rain, snow, etc.).
