FATAL STATE TRANSPORT CORPORATION BUS ACCIDENTS IN MADRAS CITY - 1980

The aim of the study was to analyse the causes of fatal road traffic accidents involving state transport buses, to examine them at various levels such as human factor, vehicle, road and environment level, and to explore the possibility of initiating research to minimise their occurrence or at least reduce the number of fatal injuries through design and planning.
