A LIST OF LOW SKID RESISTANCE SECTIONS ON NATIONAL ROUTES

Previous reports have given details of sections of the national routes which have low skid resistance, using recently developed methods of displaying SCRIM results in a compressed format. Another report gave a list of lengths of roadway, where the skid resistance level was below a satisfactory value for a considerable distance. The present report also contains a list of road sections which had lengths of low skid resistance, measured in the 1982 skid resistance programme. (TRRL)
