TRAFFIC IN WINSCHOTEN MADE MORE ACCEPTABLE

WINSCHOTEN EEN BEETJE MEER VERKEERSLEEFBAAR

Interviews with those responsible for the Winschoten demonstration project. Engineering, education and enforcement aspects are discussed with members of the project team. General impression: Winschoten got good value for money: much experience for a limited amount of money.
