TRAFFIC IN WINSCHOTEN MADE MORE ACCEPTABLE
WINSCHOTEN EEN BEETJE MEER VERKEERSLEEFBAAR
Interviews with those responsible for the Winschoten demonstration project. One million guilders has been spent on a set of relatively small infrastructural measures to reduce the impact of road traffic. Engineering, education and enforcement aspects are discussed with members of the project team. General impression: Winschoten got good value for money: much experience for a limited amount of money.
