RESEARCH PROBLEM STATEMENTS

This publication focuses on an important function of the technical committees of the Transportation Research Board, namely, the identification of problems and the development and dissemination of research problem statements. All statements have been screened and reviewed by the various committees, and evalnated and rated for top priorty. This publication lists the title of the problem statement and the priorty ranking. The The problem statements have been assigned a number and arranged within categories by the contributing commttee.
