WHO ARE THE BEST DRIVERS?

This article surveys the various answers that have been given to the question of who are the best drivers and concludes that the question cannot be answered on the basis of sex, grades, or mechanical abilities. It points out that there are basic traits found among accident prone drivers, such as aggressiveness and emotional instability, and it gives a leading insurance company's evaluation of a good student driver. The conclusion is that being a good driver comes down to one thing--the individual.
