THEORETICAL RESEARCH INTO THE FUNCTIONING OF TWO DETECTION-LAYOUTS RELATED TO THE ACCELERATION OF HEAVY VEHICLES
EEN THEORITISCH ONDERZOEK NAAR HET FUNCTIONEREN VAN TWEE DETECTIEFIGURATIES IN RELATIE MET OPTREKKENDE VRACHTWAGENS
In this paper theoretical research into the functioning of two detection lay-outs in relation to the acceleration of trucks is presented. From this research it appears that both systems do not come up to expectations. In addition a system is given by which in a simple way the speed of the last vehicle is measured so that it can pass the stop-line during the green/yellow-light. (TRRL)
