RESIDENTIAL AREA, PARKING AREA?
WOONWIJK, EEN PARKEERWIJK?
The parking problem is looked at in relation to road safety and quality of life. It is suggested that a qualitative approach to the parking problem for a residential quarter is preferable to a quantitative approach. The local authorities will have to make clear choices. The motorist will have to pay for parking facilities. (TRRL)
