ITF HOTS UP THE FLAG WAR
The International Transport Workers' Federation campaign against flag of convenience ships is nothing new, but there are indications that since last August's ITF Congress in Stockholm some at least of its 370 affiliated unions and six million members are determined to intensify the opposition. This article examines the campaign and some of its legal and practical implications.
