HYDERABAD TRAFFIC STUDY. 4-THE CIRCULATION PLAN
In this concluding paper on the "Hyderabad Traffic Study" are described some of the techniques to improve traffic circulation in Hyderabad. Whilst some improvements in traffic conditions could be achieved by localised measures, it is self-evident that the full potential of the existing road system could only be achieved by strategic management and area-wide co-ordination of road and junction improvements. The measures proposed are framed within the spectrum of "3Es" concept of Engineering, Enforcement and Education, keeping in view the consideration of Energy, Environment and Economy. (Author)
