Qualification and mobility of transport complex personnel in the digitalization of shipbuilding

The paper discusses the key issues of digital transformation, means and methods of forming and updating the competencies of workers necessary to ensure an effective transition of the Russian economy to the principles of Industry 4.0 in general and the development of the transport complex in particular, while ensuring internal and external mobility of human resources. A detailed analysis of the existing in the Russian Federation regulatory framework in the field of training, retraining and advanced training, as well as control of employee competencies (including forms of control of competencies and issues of independent assessment of employee competencies) was carried out. The impact of personnel qualifications on key performance indicators of the company was formulated. The main measures are formulated, the implementation of which is necessary to ensure the digital transformation processes shipbuilding and related industries, without the development of which the formation of a modern system of maritime and inland water transport is impossible, with such an important resource as highly qualified personnel motivated for success.
