Technological innovations to ensure the safe operation of shipboard equipment
The article proposes a functional model for improving the process of ensuring the safety of the functioning of complex shipboard equipment based on modern information technologies. In the era of global digitalization, their use is becoming a priority in all areas of activity. Shipbuilding, as a progressive industry, actively implements such technological innovations. The choice of information technology for modeling the safe operation of equipment is preceded by a consideration of the methods that will form the basis of the computational and analytical model. The proposed model of an information system for ensuring the safety of the operation of shipboard equipment will allow analyzing the generated data on the operation of equipment and its condition. An accurate assessment of the residual life of equipment and changes in the indicators of its technical condition within the framework of a unified information security system is a prerequisite for reducing the number of accidents and equipment failures. The relevance of using effective diagnostic software is confirmed by the need for timely maintenance and repair of equipment. Modern trends in the field of equipment operation are aimed at measures for the timely prevention of accidents as opposed to measures to eliminate the consequences of accidents. The constructed model determines the structure of information security systems and can be used to build a specialized database, the shell of which can be used to accumulate information on deviations and failures in the operation of shipboard equipment.
