Preservation of human capital by achieving the "zero" indicator in labor protection in transport
In this work, human capital is considered as an intensive productive factor in the development of the economy, which includes the educated part of labor resources, tools for intellectual and managerial labor. It is believed that human capital includes, among other things, human resources and contributes to improving the quality and productivity of labor in all types of activities. Certain funds must be invested in the preservation, development and improvement of the individual, corporate and national level of human capital. The paper formulates and proves the statement that at the beginning it is necessary to identify and classify the object in which these funds can be invested: corporate or national, that is, there must be a person - an employee who meets the minimum conditions for the future implementation of labor functions.
