The role of corporate integrated reporting in the management decision-making conditions of the transport industry

Internationally, the availability and transparency of financial reporting and analysis of companies’ accountability is of interest to investors and owners in the context of making optimal management decisions. Certainly, providers of capital (owners-shareholders and investors) are willing to supply investments based on reliable and complete information about financial condition, financial results, financial forecasts, complemented by a system of social, environmental and economic indicators contained in social reporting. In the transport industry, as in other sectors, information on the value creation process in the short, medium and long term is constantly being formed and is qualitatively reflected in corporate integrated reporting, which has a significant impact on the conditions of management decision-making in the transport industry.
