REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS FOR TRANSPORTING FROZEN FOODS
Discussed are various types of transport refrigeration systems--mechanical, cold-plate, liquid nitrogen, anhydrous ammonia, modified Stirling cycle, dry-ice/halo-carbon, and mechanical and nitrogen clip-on units. Brief descriptions are given including heat load factors which must be taken into account.
