RE-SIGNALLING THE SCOTTISH SECTION OF THE ELECTRIFIED BR WEST-COAST MAIN LINE TO GLASGOW

Remodelling the 90-route miles north of Carlisle over Beattock summit embraced power-signalling with remote control from only two signal-centre control panels and incorporated computer-based train-describers.
