Research on Thoughts and Countermeasures of Transportation Guide the Development of a New Type of Urbanization
New urbanization is the only road to modernization and the biggest potential of domestic demand. Transportation is the necessary condition and the leading field to guide regional economic development, optimize the urban system structure, and promote the development of urbanization. In this paper, normative analysis and empirical analysis are combined. An investigation with comparative analysis, and analysis of the characteristics and trends of China's new urbanization, resolves the relation and influence mechanism between transportation and urbanization development. At the same time, this paper analyzes the characteristics of traffic demand arising from different stages of urbanization and the influence of new urbanization on traffic development. In the context of new urbanization, transportation plays an important role in the creation of city group, central city, and the development of small towns and puts forward the thoughts and countermeasures of a transportation guide for the development of a new type of urbanization in China.
