Thinking Local: Pavement Management Practices for County Agencies
Pavement preservation information is readily available these days, but applying preservation and recycling concepts in a sustainable manner, and within the limitations of local budgets, can be challenging. Hancock County, Indiana, and Southeast Michigan's Monroe County differ in many ways, but they share a commitment to data collection, collaboration, and a willingness to try new and innovative pavement maintenance procedures.
