Research on New Ticket System Architecture Based on Middle Platform
China Railway's existing ticket system still has huge problems such as centralized data collection, complex logic, huge user requests, and data bottlenecks caused by data consistency. Starting from the middle platform, this paper studies the overall structure of the new ticket system architecture based on the middle platform. Combining the above problems, the middle platform is used as a bridge connecting the front desk and the back office. It proposes to adopt a new architecture and emerging technologies to support the new-generation ticket system. Based on the middle platform, the ticket system can quickly build the foreground application for the end consumers and customers, thus meeting the front-end needs of various personalized features, providing a clear path for the digital transformation of the ticket system, effectively shortening the operation and maintenance time of the railway 12306 websites, to achieve 24/7 uninterrupted service, and ultimately improve the user experience.
