Developing Teachers Digital Competence in Transport and Logistics Through Blended Learning Tools
The e-course for teachers in the field of transport and logistics forms the motivation for professional communication, skills in using digital resources, reducing uncertainty over new technologies, recognition by colleagues, increasing self-esteem and striving for continuous improvement and development. The LMS Moodle learning environment is used for organizing the communicative interaction of all stakeholders in order to form professional competencies. The system tracks the dynamics, progress of training, and clearly shows which elements of the course have already been passed, and which are just to be completed. Teachers who study on the course have the opportunity to feel like students. The development of digital competence of teachers in the field of transport and logistics is a priority that can be solved with the help of a blended learning system.
