Research of Intelligent Control of Injection Systems for Subaru Competition Car
In the present research paper, an approach based on Engine Digital Scanning (EDS) was conducted in order to show the performances of more than ten engine operating regimes on the Subaru rally car, at various values regarding the intake manifold pressure, fuel injection duty and ignition advance. Main objective of the present work is to show the complex method of Engine Digital Scanning and to represent the experimental determinations and measurement values concerning racing car controls available on Subaru at Technical University from Cluj-Napoca. Specific objectives consist in experimental testing of ignition advance, engine speed, manifold pressure, fuel injection duty and highlighting the practical protocol implemented at Automotive Engineering and Transportation.
