Driver Job Satisfaction, Turnover and Job Performance: A Conceptual Framework and Empirical Evidence
The purpose of this paper is two-fold: 1) to develop a conceptual framework which provides a pragmatic justification for being concerned about job satisfaction from a business perspective; and 2) to present some empirical evidence resulting from a national study of drivers conducted at the Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute.
