AN ANALYSIS OF THE VEHICLE SPEED ON THE NARROW STREETS IN THE RESIDENTIAL AREA
Vehicle speeds in narrow streets were observed in a residential area of Osaka city, in relation to pedestrian traffic and other factors. Vehicle speed distribution was recorded and the vehicle flow was observed taking account of road conditions, vehicle conditions and pedestrian characteristics. (TRRL)
