GREAT STRESS PLACED ON SAFETY IN PIPE LINE CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS
With more and more safety regulations being issued by the U.S. Office of Pipeline Safety, greater emphasis than ever before is being placed on safe procedures in all phases of pipeline engineering and construction and in pipeline operations. Some sound recommendations for pipeline contractors issued by the Pipe Line Contractors Association and the Distribution Contractors Association during the past year are listed.
