GULF FERTILIZER SYSTEM PROGRESSES
Construction began on the final portion in Iowa and Nebraska of Gulf Central Pipeline Co.'s 2000 mi long anhydrous ammonia pipeline system through the Corn Belt. The line, including the 8 in. dia main line, to be constructed in four sections, will be completed in Sept. 1970.
